TXT Workshops will run in conjunction with SCI 2019. It is expected that each workshop will have as a minimum 6 accepted full papers. Workshop organizers will be responsible for forming their own program committees, circulating the Call for Papers, managing the submission and review process in addition to planning the final program. The registration fees for workshops will be determined by the organizing committees of SCI 2019, which will cover workshop facilities and publication costs. It is expected that each paper submitted should be reviewed by at least three experts in the corresponding area of research. The main conference will support organizers of workshops with the following: Please email your workshop proposals in PDF format by 31 December, 2018 to: the SCI 2019 workshop co-chairs, Shuai Zhang (s.zhang@ulster.ac.uk) .
Please use SCI 2019 workshop proposal as the email subject. Paper Submissions for accepted workshops should follow the main conference Paper Submission Guidelines.
