Invitation Letter & Visa

Generally speaking, a citizen of a foreign country who wishes to enter the United Kingdom must first obtain a visa. If you are not sure, please go to the UK Visas and immigration website to check if you need a UK visa in order to travel to the UK.

In order to obtain an invitation letter, please follow the following instructions:

If you are an author of an accepted paper, please complete this authors’ information form accurately and precisely. The letter will be issued once your registered is confirmed;

If you are event organiser, e.g. general chairs, program chairs, workshop chairs, or a speaker, please complete this organisers’ information form accurately and precisely.

The completed information form (i.e., the .cvs file), and any enquires related to invitation letter, should be sent to Conference Secretary (swc2019-general-enquiries@dmu.ac.uk).
